摘要：目的：建立超高效液相色谱法测定血清中卡马西平的质量浓度。方法：血样经乙醚萃取后，经WATERS BEH C18(2.1×50mm，1.7μm)分离，甲醇-水为流动相进行色谱分析，检测波长为214nm。结果：本方法线性范围为1.0-20.0μg/mlμg/ml(r=0.9948)，高、中、低血样的平均回收率分别为102.3%、103.2%、100.8%，日内、日间RSD小于10%。结论：本法操作简便，回收率高，精密度好，适用于临床常规检测卡马西平的血药浓度。
