退行性腰椎疾病术后并发脑脊液漏的治疗
摘要：目的探讨退行性腰椎疾病术后并发脑脊液漏的防治方法。方法 回顾总结我院2009年4月～2012年1月14例(14/245)病例，分析并发脑脊液漏的原因和治疗方法。结果1例发生切口感染，经清创、VSD引流术后治愈；其余患者如期愈合。结论 脑脊液漏是腰椎退变术后常见的并发症，适当延长引流、预防感染时间，正确对症处理，可取得良好的疗效。
