前牙龈下冠根折经正畸牵引后修复的临床体会
【摘 要】目的 探究用正畸方法牵引龈下冠根折的上前牙后做烤瓷桩冠修复的临床效果。方法对14例冠根折的上前牙在根管治疗后正畸治疗，对断根进行合向牵引达到修复条件行烤瓷桩冠修复。结果 14例患者合向移动2.5-4.5mm需要5-10周，两年后复查，部分患者牙龈有轻微变化，患牙根尖，牙周正常。结论 前牙龈下断根行正畸牵引后再修复既保留了常规应拔除的牙根又可获得较好的功能和美观效果。
