5—氨基酮戊酸光动力联合高频电离子治疗尖锐湿疣疗效分析
【摘 要】目的 观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(5-ALA- PDT)联合高频电离子治疗尖锐湿疣疗效和安全性。方法 随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组120例，先应用高频电离子治疗仪对病灶部位肉眼可见的显性皮损进行烧灼，1周后创面基本愈合后应用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗；对照组140例，采用高频电离子治疗仪对病灶部位肉眼可见的显性皮损进行烧灼。末次治疗后连续随访6个月。结果 观察结束时，两组有效率比较差异无显著性(P﹥0.05)；两组复发率比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(5-ALA- PDT)联合高频电离子治疗尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗手段，值得临床推广。
