高危药品华法林个体化用药影响因素及方法(1)
【摘 要】目的：总结华法林个体化用药影响因素及方法。方法：查阅国内外相关文献，归纳影响华法林剂量的因素及个体化用药方法。结果：遗传因素、人口学因素和药物因素均能影响个体化剂量。监测国际标准化比值(INR)，根据相关影响因素建立的模型可用于预测和调整华法林剂量。结论：监测INR，根据因素预测和调整剂量可降低华法林用药风险。
