头孢菌素类药物换代使用致过敏性休克1例
【摘 要】在β—内酰胺类抗生素药物中，头孢菌素类是目前临床应用相当广泛，疗效高，安全性好的一大类抗生素。头孢菌素一类药物不过敏，而换代使用又出现过敏的实属罕见。为了给临床实践提供参考依据，本文结合具体病例，简述对头孢菌素类药物换代使用致过敏性休克患者进行抢救的方法。
