2006—2011年桃源县复治痰涂阳肺结核来源分析(1)
【摘 要】目的 分析桃源县2006～2011年登记复治痰涂片抗酸杆菌阳性(下称痰涂阳)肺结核就诊来源情况，掌握肺结核发现工作动态，为今后的防治工作提供参考。方法 桃源县2006-2011年登记复治痰涂阳肺结核患者284例，对其就诊来源资料，采用Excel表进行描述性统计分析。结果 桃源县2006—2011复治痰涂阳肺结核年均登记率4.85/10万。其中来源于因症就诊者210例，占73.94%，转诊38例，占13.38%。男性234例，占82.39%，女性50例，占17.61%;55～74岁者共149例，占52.46%，35～54岁者共100例，占35.21%。农民259例，占91.20%。登记分类情况：复发251例，占88.38%，初治失败转入14例，占4.93%。结论 复治痰涂阳肺结核患者集中在农村和体力劳动者中，以壮年、中老年居多，严重影响人群生活水平和生命质量。提示应强化肺结核患者的早期发现、早期诊断和治疗管理工作。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the retreatment sources of Smear Positive Pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Taoyuan County during 2006- 2011，and to master dynamic changes in discovering pulmonary tuberculosis，and to provide the reference in future prevention work.Method To registration retreatment smear-positive tuberculosis patients 284 cases，the source of their treatment，using Excel table descriptive statistical analysis in Taoyuan County during 2006- 2011.Result There were totally 284 Smear Positive Pulmonary tuberculosis retreatment patients registered in Taoyuan County during 2006- 2011，reaching an average registration rate of 4.85/100 thousand.Among these 284 patients，there are 210 cases attending clinics for symptoms(which accounting for 73.94%)and 38 referral cases(which accounting for 13.38%);234 male patients(which accounting for 82.39%)and 50 female patients(which accounting for 17.61%);149 cases between 55～74 years old(which accounting for 52.46%)and 100 cases between 35～54 years old(which accounting for 35.21%);259 farmer cases(which accounting for 91.20%);251 recurrence occurred cases(which accounting for 88.38%)and 14 initial treatment failure cases(which accounting for 4.93%).Conclusion Smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis retreatment patients were concentrated in rural areas，manual workers，adults and mostly middle-aged crowd，and the disease seriously affected the living standards and quality of life.The beforehand discovery，diagnosis and therapeutic management of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis should be enhance.
