     【摘要】目的探讨眼科白内障手术方法及效果。方法 80例眼科白内障患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例，根据不同时机进行手术，对比两组术后疗效。结果观察组术后视力恢复效果、不良反应发生率与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论早期手术对治疗眼科白内障价值显著，临床需重视。
