【摘 要】目的 探究眩晕采取中医辩证治疗的临床疗效。方法 本组对照组与观察组各48例眩晕患者，分为采取西医与中医辩证治疗，对比临床疗效与复发情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 眩晕患者采取中医辩证治疗效果显著，值得采纳应用。
