【摘 要】目的 了解青岛地区健康人群血尿酸(UA)水平并进行参考值范围的建立 方法 筛选青岛地区2400名健康体检者进行血尿酸含量的检测，分析年龄、性别对其影响，并建立参考值范围 结果 青岛地区各年龄组男性血尿酸水平皆高于女性，有显著性差异(P<0.001)，与全国参考值范围等其他资料比较，青岛地区男性血尿酸水平偏高，有显著性差异(P<0.05)，>50岁女性组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 青岛地区健康男性与>50岁女性血尿酸含量明显高于全国人群水平，应重新设定参考值范围。
