【摘 要】目的 探讨规范实习护生手卫生管理在医院感染防控工作中的作用。方法 通过对我院实习护生在手卫生中存在的问题进行分析，采取措施建立和健全医院感染管理体系，完善相关的护理管理制度。结果 规范实习护生手卫生管理使实习护生预防医院感染意识提高。结论 规范实习护生手卫生管理能有效预防和控制医院感染，提高医疗服务整体质量。
