双源CT双能量肺动脉成像在肺动脉栓塞中的应用探讨(1)
【摘 要】目的：探讨在肺动脉栓塞患者中运用双源CT双能量肺动脉成像(DELPI)技术检查的临床价值。方法：随机选取41例可疑肺动脉栓塞患者作为试验对象，全组均在入院后实施DELPI、CT血管造影(CTA)技术检查，针对其临床资料与检查情况进行回顾和评估。结果：41例病例中，肺动脉正常者21例，栓塞者20例。DELPI检出肺动脉栓塞共43个，CTA漏检亚段肺血栓有3个。在全肺与肺上、中、下部组织灌注上，栓塞组相比正常组均有明显下降，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采取DELPI技术检查肺动脉栓塞具有高度的诊断价值，利于早期发现和定位病灶，并指导临床用药，值得加强普及。
