【摘 要】随着社会的发展和我国医疗体制改革速度的不断加快，我国医院的经营管理制度也在发生转变。当前形势下，医院要充分发挥医院纪检监察的作用，对医院工作人员的行为起到规范作用，保证医院各项工作的有序开展。医院的主要职责是提供医疗服务，纪检监察工作主要针对医疗服务的质量和过程进行，希望实现社会效益与经济效益的双丰收。本文就医院纪检监察的工作方法，进行分析探究，希望能够为其提供可行性的建议。
