【摘 要】[目的]探讨护理员手卫生依从性影响因素，采取积极措施，提高手卫生依从性.[方法]自行设计问卷对我院神经内科24名护理员进行调查，了解手卫生落实情况及手卫生依从性影响因素[结论]护理员手卫生状况不容乐观，管理人员应采取有效干预措施，提高护理员手卫生依从性.
