    背景外翻畸形的深入认识，跖骨远端Chevron截骨术已被改良。基于此，收集我院近年相关患者资料，对改良Chevron截骨术疗效分析研究。目的：随着足踝专业的发展和对：探讨并总结改良Chevron截骨术联合软组织松解术治疗中重度：选取2012年4月至2015年8月在我院行改良Chevron截骨术联合软组织松解术治疗外翻的经验和疗效。方法外翻角(HVA)和第一、二跖间角(IMA)，根据美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分评估治疗效果。结果外翻患者43例(58足)，比较术前和随访终点时的：患者随访时间6～12个月，平均9.79个月。HVA由术前的38.6°±4.54°矫正至随访终点时14.9°±2.768°(P<0.05)，IMA由术前的14.96±1.681°矫正至随访终点时7.63°±0.956°(P<0.05)，AOFAS评分由术前46.63±10.038分提高至末次随访时的(85.42±7.841)分(P<0.05)。1例术后疼痛未见明显缓解，2例第一跖趾关节僵直，1例出现内固定不适。结论：对中重度外翻采用改良Chevron截骨术联合软组织松解术，近期临床疗效及术后影像学角度改善明显。

    【Abstract】Background：At present，with the development of ankle treatment technique and the understanding of hallux valgus，distal Chevron metatarsal osteotomy has been improved.Clinical data related to the treatment of hallux valgus in our hospital were collected in this article.Objective：To summarize clinical efficacy and treatment experience of modified Chevron osteotomy combined with soft tissue release for hallux valgus.Methods：A total of 43(58 feet)patients with hallux valgus treated by the modified Chevron osteotomy combined with soft tissue release from April 2012 to August 2015 were enrolled in this study.Hallux valgus angle(HVA)and intermetatarsal angle(IMA)were measured by X ray film before surgery and at the last follow up.AOFAS score was applied to evaluate the clinical outcome.Results：The mean duration of follow-up was 9.79 months(range ......
