    背景：慢性踝关节外侧不稳(CLAI)是最常见的足踝部慢性运动损伤。临床上报道应用带线锚钉结合改良Gould-Brost?m术解剖修复踝关节外侧副韧带治疗CLAI在短、中、长期均能取得满意效果，但在此基础上利用锚钉线对外侧副韧带进修编织缝合临床上还未见报道。目的：探讨带线锚钉结合改良Gould-Brost?m术编织缝合踝关节外侧副韧带治疗CLAI的疗效。方法

    【Abstract】Background： Clinic reports that suture anchor combined with modified Gould-Brost?m can achieve satisfactory results in treatment of CLAI， but on the basis of using suture anchor to knit the lateral collateral ligament study has not been reported. Objective： To study the effect of knitting the lateral collateral ligament with suture anchor in modified Gould- Brost?m to treat CLAI. Methods： From September 2013 to April 2015， 19 patients (19 feet) with CLAI were treated by knitting the lateral collateral ligament with suture anchor in modified Gould-Brost?m in our Hospital.
