美托洛尔对扩张性心肌病伴血压增高患者心功能及预后的影响(2)
本研究显示,β1受体阻滞剂美托洛尔能够抑制交感系统激活,明显改善DCM的临床症状和心功能,减少恶性心律失常、降低死亡率及再住院率,改善患者生活质量和预后。可能与β1受体阻滞剂保护β1受体,免受β1-AR-AA激活,减少钙超载、心肌细胞凋亡和心室重构,并可减少细胞表面β1受体的内化,提高心肌细胞表面β1受体密度,从而发挥抗心衰作用。
综上所述,美托洛尔可以改善DCM患者心衰临床症状,提高远期预后。由于本文资料为回顾性分析,样本量小,有一定的局限性,还有待进一步研究。
