【摘 要】薛立斋的“滋化源”理论是滋养人身生化之源。生化之源在于脾肾，气血生于脾胃，精气产于肾与命门，血能生精，精能化气，所以脾肾互为基础，互相影响。脾肾同调同治，为治虚损内伤的重要方法。
