【摘 要】目的：分析核酸与ELISA检测联合进行血液筛查的结果。方法：对58827份血液标本用2种ELISA试剂进行筛查，对筛查合格的44725份血液标本进行核酸检测。结果：44725份标本中，核酸检测有15份阳性标本，经确证，15份标本均为HBV DNA阳性，无HCV RNA和HIV RNA阳性标本。结论：核酸与ELISA联合检测可降低输血传播疾病的风险。
