【摘 要】目的：探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的护理措施及要点。方法：回顾性分析我院2014年3月至2015年3月期间，采取无创呼吸机治疗的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料，对治疗前后的临床症状进行对比分析。结果：与治疗前相比，治疗后患者的心率、呼吸频率、PaO2、PaCO2均明显好转，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭效果良好，值得在临床推广应用。【关键词】无创呼吸机；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；重症呼吸衰竭；护理
