【摘 要】目的：探析健康教育在脑瘫患儿康复治疗中的效果及作用。方法：前瞻性选取本院2012年1月至2014年6月期间收治的120例脑瘫患儿为研究对象，采用随机抽签法将其分为2组，对照组给予常规康复护理，干预组在此基础上给予健康教育，观察两组患儿家长对脑瘫康复知识掌握情况、患儿康复效果。结果：干预组的康复相关知识掌握率和配合良好率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；同时运动功能、感觉功能、关节活动评分也均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：脑瘫患儿康复治疗过程中在常规护理基础上给予健康教育有助于提高患儿家长对康复相关知识的掌握和患儿对康复训练的配合度，促进康复效果的进一步提高，可在临床护理中广泛应用和推广。

    [Abstract]Objective： To analyze the effects and the role of health education in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods： A total of 120 cases of children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital during January 2012 to June 2014 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into a control group and a intervention group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing and the intervention group received health education besides the conventional rehabilitation nursing. Parents of the children were observed regarding the knowledge of cerebral palsy rehabilitation and the actual rehabilitation effect of the children.
