【摘 要】目的：了解雌孕激素周期疗法对卵巢早衰患者的治疗作用。方法：将50名患者按有无生育要求分为两组，无生育要求组采用雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗，有生育要求组采用雌孕激素序贯疗法合并促排卵法治疗，观察两组患者的临床症状、性激素水平变化及有生育要求组促排卵结局。结果：两组卵巢早衰患者经过治疗后，临床症状均明显改善，6个周期后复查血清FSH、LH、E2水平， FSH及LH水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)，E2 水平明显升高(P<0.01)。 结论：雌孕激素周期疗法能有效改善卵巢早衰患者的临床症状，调节体内激素水平，对有生育要求的POF患者加用促排卵方案后，明显改善卵巢功能，有利于卵泡的成熟和排出，是有效的治疗卵巢早衰的方法。
