【摘 要】目的：探讨心理护理对血液透析患者舒适度的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年5月至2014年11月收治的60例血液透析治疗患者，随机分为观察组30例，对照组30例，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，观察两组患者护理干预后心理状况及舒适度。 结果：观察组干预后SAS评分同对照组比较，明显较低；观察组患者舒适率为93.3%，同对照组70.0%比较，明显较高，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在血液透析治疗中，给予患者全面心理护理干预，能有效改善患者心理状况，提高患者舒适度，值得临床推广。

    [Abstract]Objective： To investigate the comfort effect of psychological care on hemodialysis patients. Methods： 60 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital during May 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in the control group receiving routine care.
