【摘 要】支架内血栓与支架后内皮化不良关系密切，快速完整的内皮化是预防支架内血栓的主要策略，他汀类作为动脉粥样硬化的常规用药，对研究他汀类药物对支架置入后再内皮化的影响，为药物涂层支架置入后用药提供新的证据支持。

    [Abstract]Stent thrombosis is closely related with stent adverse endothelialization. Quick and complete endothelium is the main strategy for preventing stent thrombosis. Statins are conventional medicine for atherosclerosis and research on effect of statins on stent endothelialization can provide reference on using the medicine after drug-eluting stent.
