【摘 要】目的：分析消化内科疾病患者临床感染特点，为医院预防控制感染提供可靠依据。方法：选取我院2007年10月至2008年10月收治的消化内科疾病患者120例为对象，对其临床感染情况进行回顾性分析。结果：一共有27例患者出现了临床感染情况，感染人群集中在60岁以上的老年患者；感染部位多为上呼吸道感染、下呼吸道感染；感染病原菌菌种主要有革兰阴性杆菌、革兰阳性杆菌、真菌。结论：消化内科临床感染发生机率较高，医护人员应对此引起重视，严格规范临床治疗与无菌操作，合理使用抗菌药物，积极治疗患者原发病，重点保护易感染人群，以降低消化内科住院患者感染率，提升其生存质量。

    [Abstract]Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of the clinical infection in patients in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital and to provide evidence for prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods：120 cases of patient with gastroenteritic diseases treated in our hospital during October 2007 to October 2008 were selected as the subject of the study. A retrospective analysis on their clinical infection features was conducted. Results： A total of 27 cases of patients were clinically infected and the infected population was concentrated in elderly patients over 60 years.
