【摘 要】目的：深入探讨手术室护理的不安全因素，并提出相应的预防措施。方法：通过对科室的手术室护理进行回顾性分析，对护理过程中已知或潜在的不安全因素进行总结，结合科室实际情况提出有效的应对方法。结果：通过有针对性的培训提高护理人员的综合素质，强化安全意识和法制观念以及科学安排护理人员能够有效降低手术室护理中差错事故的发生率。结论：通过对手术室护理中各个不安全因素的分析进而制定防范措施，能够最大程度地保证患者的生命安全，临床意义重大。
