【摘 要】目的：研究分析脑梗塞患者偏瘫肢体康复训练的护理措施。方法：将2014年2月至2015年2月本院收治的50例脑梗塞患者作为研究对象，对相关临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结出相应的护理措施及效果。结果：患者在经过康复训练的护理后肌力得到了非常明显的提升，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：使用康复训练能更好地帮助脑梗塞患者进行偏瘫肢体的恢复，改善并增强肌力，从而提高生活质量，值得进行广泛的临床推广运用。
