【摘 要】目的：探讨成人OSAHS患者围手术期的护理对策，减少并发症的发生，提高患者的满意度。方法：回顾64例成人OSAHS患者在开展优质护理服务前后的护理效果。结果：两组患者在开展优质护理服务前后在并发症的发生及满意度、疾病知识掌握等方面有明显差异。结论：成人OSAHS是一种常见病、多发病，护理人员如果能在疾病知识宣教、术前准备、术中及术后监测、观察病情变化等方面提供优质护理，是预防各种并发症发生的关键，也是治疗成功的重要保证。
