【摘 要】目的：分析阴道超声用于子宫畸形合并早孕诊断的临床价值。方法：本次研究对象为我院2012年3月至2015年3月收治的60例子宫畸形合并早孕患者，对其进行阴道超声检查和诊断。结果：60例子宫畸形合并早孕患者经阴道超声检查后，59例确诊，其诊断符合率为98.33%，其中18例鞍状子宫合并早孕，16例双子宫合并单侧早孕，3例双子宫合并双侧早孕，17例双角子宫合并早孕，5例纵膈子宫合并早孕。结论：阴道超声用于子宫畸形合并早孕诊断具有较高的临床价值。
