【摘要】 本研究拟探讨女性冠心病的特点。总结分析了女性冠心病的流行病学及发病机制特点。目前，女性冠心病的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，且冠心病的诊断特点、心电图表现以及发病机制特点存在性别差异。现代临床应增强对女性心血管疾病风险意识教育，提高女性对心血管病的认识，从而促进女性自身健康状况的改善。
