【摘要】目的：应用彩色多普勒超声与钼靶X线检查，观察浸润性乳腺癌伴髓样特征的影像学变化及病理的对照研究。方法：对行手术后病理证实的38例女性浸润性乳腺癌伴髓样特征的患者进行综合性分析彩色多普勒超声与钼靶X线检查的影像学变化。结果：38例患者影像均具有各自的特点，而病理显示为非特异类型的形态和免疫表型。结论：彩色多普勒超声与钼靶X线作为浸润性乳腺癌伴髓样特征的影像学检查二者各具优缺点，存在互补性，值得临床推广使用。
