【摘 要】 产后乳房肿胀是产后常见的护理问题，严重时会并发乳腺炎，直接导致母乳喂养失败，给新生儿生长发育及产妇身心健康带来不利影响。本文从乳房肿胀定义与分度，产后奶胀发生的原因以及目前临床上对产后奶胀所采取的护理干预研究进展方面进行综述。

    [Abstract] Postpartum breast swelling is postpartum common nursing problems， serious when can concurrent mastitis， directly lead to failure of breast feeding， to neonatal growth development and maternal health is adversely affected. We have swollen breasts. Definition and indexing， the causes of postpartum milk expansion and the current clinical nursing intervention on the postpartum milk expansion are summarized.
