【摘 要】目的：产科医院内感染防控措施与体会。方法：成立科室医院内感染管理防控小组、物资准备齐全、人员素质严格要求等。结果：2006年1月至2015年1月，产科院内感染发生率均在4%之内，未发生任何的医院内感染爆发事件。结论：预防是减少产科医院内感染发生的关键，利于保障产科患者医疗安全，提高医疗质量。
