【摘 要】 目的：探讨心理护理干预对人工流产女性心理影响。方法：通过对2015年6月至2017年10月在本院人工流产治疗的124例患者随机分组，对照组患者应用常规护理，研究组患者实施心理护理干预，观察比较两组患者HAMA评分、HRDS评分、满意度、疼痛程度差异。结果：治疗后研究组患者HAMA(7.73±1.56)分、HRDS(5.56±1.22)分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)；研究组患者满意度为100.0%，明显高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05)；研究组患者轻度疼痛59.68%、中度疼痛35.47%、重度疼痛4.83%同对照组比较明显改善(P<0.05)。结论：针对人工流产患者应用心理护理干预可改善患者心理状态，提高患者满意度，缓解疼痛。
