【摘 要】 目的：观察不同麻醉方法在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术的应用效果。方法：随机选取100例本院2016年11月至2017年12月收治的行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)、观察组(50例)。对照组患者应用连续硬膜外麻醉，观察组患者应用腰麻硬麻外联合麻醉，分析两组临床指标、麻醉效果、术后血流动力学、不良反应发生率。结果：临床指标、术后血流动力学对比显示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；麻醉效果对比显示观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)；不良反应发生率对比显示观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石手术患者临床治疗中，应用腰麻硬麻外联合麻醉，既可改善临床指标及术后血流动力学指标，又可提高麻醉效果、降低不良反应发生概率。
