【摘 要】 目的：探讨针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将2016年9月至2017年7月在本院接受治疗的78例椎动脉型颈椎病患者按抽签方式分为对照组(n=39)和联合组(n=39)。对照组采用推拿治疗，联合组采用针灸配合推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效、主要症状缓解时间及治疗前后生活质量。结果：联合组治疗有效率高于对照组(94.83% VS 74.36%)，且头晕、颈部僵痛等主要症状缓解时间均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与治疗前比较，两组生活质量评分在治疗后均上升，且联合组上升更显著，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用针灸配合推拿治疗，疗效确切，可明显提高患者生活质量。
