【摘 要】 目的：研究综合护理干预对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的影响。方法：选本院58例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组常规护理；观察组综合护理，比较护理效果。结果：观察组干预后WMS(记忆量表)和WAIS-RC(智力量表)、对护理的依从性和对护理人员的满意程度明显高于对照组患者，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者实施综合护理可明显改善患者记忆低下状况，提高智力及认知能力，提高依从性和满意度。
