【摘 要】 对于妇科疾病患者来说，术后促进胃肠功能恢复是促进患者术后康复的关键，同时也是妇科研究的重要内容之一。现阶段，妇科开腹手术之后，为促进胃肠功能恢复所采用的治疗方式主要涉及到三种，一是中医治疗，二是西医治疗，三是蒙医治疗，三种方式各不相同，但均具备一定的优势。笔者从这三种方式出发对妇科开腹手术后促进胃肠功能恢复的治疗研究进行综述。
