【摘 要】 自全面二胎政策实施以来，高龄、瘢痕子宫妊娠、妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病，有不良妊娠史等高危妊娠妇女明显增多，导致了不良的母儿妊娠结局增多。通过对高危妊娠的常见危险因素进行分析，探讨预防、减少高危妊娠因素发生的措施，从而降低不良妊娠结局的发生。
