【摘 要】 目的：探讨个性护理在甘露醇治疗偏头痛急性发作中的疗效。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的100例急性偏头痛患者作为研究对象，并采用随机法将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者50例，对照组患者50例，两组患者分别注射250mL 20%的甘露醇，时间应控制在20～30min，同时对对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用个性护理，对两组患者的病情恢复情况进行对比。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在甘露醇治疗偏头痛急性发作时，对患者进行针对性的个性化护理可以加快患者的痊愈速度。
