Th22细胞及其细胞因子与不明原因复发性流产的关系研究(4)
綜上所述,Th22细胞的数量及其效应因子IL-22浓度的显著增高可能与URSA具有一定相关性,同时Th22细胞与Th17细胞呈相关,提示两种细胞的分化成熟,可能相互影响,具有共同的驱动方式。此外,在URSA中,IL-22可能同时来源于Th22细胞和Th17细胞,但究竟IL-22是如何发挥作用的,以及其与两种细胞之间的潜在关系,仍需要深入探究。
