【摘 要】 目的：探讨产前子痫分娩时机，分析可以确保母婴安全的分娩方式。方法：选取本院2016年10月至2018年10月收治的40例产前子痫分娩孕产妇作为研究对象，分析40例产妇的临床治疗以及分娩过程，探讨分娩方式与分娩时机对妊娠结局的影响，统计与评估40例患者的妊娠结局与分娩质量。结果：在28例阴道分娩产妇中，新生儿死亡3例，产妇死亡1例;在12例剖宫产分娩产妇中，新生儿死亡1例，无产妇死亡。其中，在4例死亡的新生儿中，3例是在子痫控制至终止妊娠时间超过6h的情况下重度窒息死亡，1例为死胎。结论：对产前子痫的孕产妇在6h以内及时行剖宫产手术终止妊娠是改善分娩结局、提高新生儿存活率、治疗产前子痫的有效方式。
