【摘 要】目的：研究HPV(人乳头状病毒)E6/E7 mRNA与HPV DNA于宫颈癌早期筛查中的价值。方法：选择本院2015年1月至2017年12月宫颈癌筛查的500例女性，观察HPV E6/E7 mRNA与HPV DNA检测结果。结果：HPV E6/E7 mRNA阳性率64.40%高于HPV DNA的49.80%(P<0.05)。联合检测的敏感性、特异性高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论：HPV E6/E7 mRNA与HPV DNA在宫颈癌筛查中意义重大，但联合检测的敏感性及特异性更高。
