【摘 要】 痛经是妇科的常见病多见病，原发性痛经更为常见。对于原发性痛经的预防及治疗一直是当前妇科相关人士所待解决的热点问题。近年来中医的发展迅速，中医在原发性痛经疾病上有较深入的研究。本文结合近几年研究的相关文献，就原发性痛经的中医认识及中医药治疗进行总结，为临床治疗原发性痛经提供参考。
