【摘 要】 目的：通过对老年白内障患者实施不同的护理方案，观察其临床效果，探究不同护理方案的临床应用特点。方法：从2016年1月至2018年12月来本院诊治的老年白内障患者中随机抽取84例，采用随机数字法随机分为对照组42例：实施常规护理，观察组42例：实施常规护理+优质护理，比较两组护理效果和护理评分。结果：观察组满意人数有38例，总满意度为90.48%，高于对照组(83.33%)(χ2=10.153，P<0.05);观察组患者专科护理评分为(91.45±5.21)分，高于对照组(t=10.254，P<0.05)，环境满意评分为(99.24±4.68)分，高于对照组(t=14.642，P<0.05)，护理服务态度评分为(96.45±3.78)分，高于对照组(t=12.542，P<0.05)。结论：优质护理服务可有效提高老年白内障患者的护理评分，提高患者对护理的满意度。
