护理干预对应用阿替普酶早期溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞患者的临床观察(1)
【摘 要】 目的：探究護理干预对阿替普酶溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者的临床应用特点。方法：从2017年6月至2019年3月到本院诊治的阿替普酶溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者中随机抽取98例，分为对照组和观察组，分别实施常规护理和护理干预，比较两组患者的并发症发生情况和NIHSS评分情况。结果：观察组患者并发症发生率为6.12%低于对照组(χ2=13.295，P<0.05);观察组溶栓后6h NIHSS评分为(12.33±2.62)分低于对照组(t=8.469，P<0.05)，溶栓后24h为(8.42±1.25)分低于对照组(t=9.738，P<0.05)，溶栓后7d为(7.05±1.11)分低于对照组(t=8.517，P<0.05)。结论：护理干预能有效避免阿替普酶溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者并发症的发生，降低溶栓后NIHSS评分，恢复神经功能。

Clinical observation of nursing intervention on early thrombolytic therapy with acute cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical application characteristics of nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with alteplase thrombolysis. Methods： From June 2017 to March 2019， 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with alteplase thrombolytic therapy in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing and nursing intervention were performed respectively. Complications and NIHSS scores of the two groups were compared. Results： The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.12% lower than that in the control group (χ2=13.295， P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the observation group at 6 h after thrombolysis was (12.33±2.62) points lower than the control group (t=8.469， P<0.05)， 24 h after thrombolysis was (8.42±1.25) points lower than the control group (t=9.738， P<0.05)， and 7 days after thrombolysis was (7.05±1.11) points lower than the control group (t=8.517， P<0.05).
