下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者急诊护理体会(1)

     【摘 要】 目的：探究下肢多發性骨折伴休克患者辅以急诊护理干预的价值。方法：此次选择2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的66例下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者单纯辅以常规护理干预，观察组患者辅以急诊护理干预，对比临床总效果，统计并计算各组患者并发症总发生率。结果：观察组患者临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，另外，观察组患者并发症总发生率较对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论：下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者辅以急诊护理干预效果更佳，可明显预防并发症，提高患者满意度。

    Experience of emergency nursing for patients with multiple fractures of lower limbs combined with shock

    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the value of emergency nursing intervention in patients with multiple lower limb fractures accompanied by shock.Methods： The choice in January 2018-January 2019， our hospital 66 cases of lower limb multiple fractures of the shock patients as the research object， were randomly divided into observation group and control group， control group patients with pure complementary with routine nursing intervention， observation group of patients with emergency nursing intervention and compare the clinical effect of total， statistical and calculate the overall groups of patients with complications incidence.Results： The total clinical effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). In addition， the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion： The effect of emergency nursing intervention in patients with multiple fractures of lower limbs combined with shock is better， which can significantly prevent complications， improve patient satisfaction., http://www.100md.com(陶冬梅)
