【摘 要】 糖脂代谢异常是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群，众多不同的因素都促进该病的发展。血小板是人体重要的血液成份之一，它对凝血功能具有重要的调节作用。血小板可释放某些炎症因子，还能直接激活红细胞，导致炎症因子的进一步释放。较高的血小板及细胞数目也与胰岛素抵抗、动脉粥样硬化之间存在显著相关性。本文首先概述了血小板功能，详细综述了血小板在糖脂代谢中的作用机制，希望为阐明血小板的作用功能提供参考。
