【摘 要】 目的：通过延续性护理干预结合肩井穴按摩提高初产妇纯母乳喂养率。方法：选取本院产科121例产妇，随机将其分成观察组62例，对照组59例，对照组未进行产后护理干预及肩井穴按摩，观察组在产后进行延续性护理干预结合肩井穴按摩。结果：观察组纯母乳喂养率较对照组高(P<0.05)，观察组BSES评分与满意度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：通过延续性护理干预结合肩井穴按摩能提高产后1个月内纯母乳喂养率。
