【摘 要】 目的：探讨穴位贴敷配合揿针护理对儿童过敏性哮喘的干预效果。方法：选取40例过敏性哮喘患儿，分为两组。对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用穴位贴敷配合揿针护理。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后，两组患儿的PEF、FEV1和FVC明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组的PEF、FEV1和FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：穴位贴敷配合揿针护理对儿童过敏性哮喘有比较显著的临床干预效果。
